The Asset Layer comprises various types of digital assets that support the functions of the AI Protocol, including Non-Fungible Tokens (e.g., ERC-721 NFTs) and Fungible Tokens (e.g., ERC-20 or SPL-20 tokens).
Within the AI Protocol, some assets facilitate liquid value transfer, such as the ALI Utility Token, while others serve as bridges for off-chain AI system data to integrate with onchain functions, as seen with iNFTs.
The AI Protocol also provides staking services for compatible assets on the AI Protocol, in order to decentralize and grow the Protocol's ecosystem, and reward asset holders for their contributions to the network.
